I first try to understand the reason for the student's struggles and provide additional support and resources such as extra help sessions or alternative assignments. I also communicate with the student's parents or guardians to keep them informed of the student's progress and work together to find a solution.

I use a variety of assessment methods such as quizzes, tests, writing assignments, and projects. I provide both formative and summative evaluations to give students regular feedback on their progress. I also have regular one-on-one meetings with students to discuss their progress and areas for improvement.

I believe in setting clear expectations and boundaries, and consistently enforcing them in a fair and respectful manner. I also actively involve and engage students in the classroom by providing opportunities for participation and collaboration. I also have a positive and open-door policy for students and parents to communicate any concerns.
