I believe in using a hands-on, experiential approach when teaching technical concepts to adult learners. I also make sure to break down complex ideas into smaller, manageable chunks and use real-world examples to help students understand and apply the material.

I always follow proper PPE (personal protective equipment) protocols, such as wearing hardhats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots. I also ensure that all equipment is properly locked out before performing any maintenance, and I follow all OSHA guidelines for working with industrial machinery.

I stay current with industry developments and advancements by attending professional development courses and workshops, reading industry publications and attending relevant conferences.

I motivate and engage students in my classes by using interactive teaching methods, such as group discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world case studies. I also provide regular feedback and encourage participation and critical thinking.

I handle difficult students or disruptive behaviour in the classroom by first addressing the issue privately with the student, then setting clear rules and boundaries, and using positive reinforcement to encourage positive behaviour. If necessary, I also involve the appropriate school authorities.
