My passion for hands-on learning and creating tangible projects inspired me to teach Industrial Arts. I wanted to share this enthusiasm with students and guide them in developing practical skills that they can use in their future careers.

I stay updated by attending workshops, collaborating with industry professionals, and integrating new technologies into the classroom. This ensures that my students are learning skills that align with current industry demands.

One successful project was building a small-scale, sustainable model house. This project helped students understand modern building techniques, energy efficiency, and teamwork. Students had to design, plan, and execute their ideas, applying various skills learned in class.

I differentiate instruction by providing tailored tasks that match each student's skill level and encourage peer learning. I also offer additional support and resources for students who need more help while challenging advanced students with more complex projects.

I emphasize the importance of safety by conducting regular safety drills, teaching students correct tool usage, and ensuring they wear proper safety gear. I also maintain all equipment to be in optimal working condition and regularly review the safety protocols with students.

I incorporate academic subjects by relating them directly to projects. For example, when students work on constructing projects, I highlight mathematical concepts like measurement and geometry and connect scientific principles such as physics to their work, making learning interdisciplinary.
