  • At least 2 years of experience working in a correctional or reformatory setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make quick and sound decisions in emergency situations
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
