  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
  • Strong background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
  • Experience in conducting educational workshops or training sessions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Psychology
  • At least 2 years of experience providing crisis intervention, advocacy, and support to survivors of crime
