In order to become a Corrections Corporal, one must typically have at least several years of experience working in a correctional facility, as well as a strong understanding of the policies and procedures of the facility. Corrections Corporal Responsibilities & Duties

Corrections Corporal Qualifications & Skills

  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with emergency response protocols.
  • Knowledge of correctional facility policies and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
