Job Summary:
NAF is seeking a Senior Manager, Academy Development, to manage a portfolio of school districts and support them with quality and growth!
The Senior Manager role will have a keen focus on increasing the capacity of academy and district teams, developing, and strengthening local advisory boards, and deepening local work-based learning opportunities. They will also contribute to cross-organizational teams by offering recommendations and feedback on district service delivery, supporting grant deliverables, and communicating progress and outcomes.
The core of this role is relationship management and requires a highly motivated individual who is an effective communicator with strong relationship management skills and a proven track record of successful outcomes. The Senior Manager, Academy Development, will collaborate with every sector of the NAF network, including NAF staff in all departments, schools, districts, educators, corporate partners and advisory board members. Through subject matter knowledge and effective relationships and portfolio management, they will drive for results and success measures which include academy quality, growth, and expansion, achievement of grant deliverables, district-NAF partnership priorities, advisory board development and support, and NAFTrack certification attainment.
This is a remote position with travel required regionally and nationally – up to 50%.
