I handle difficult inmates by remaining calm and professional, using effective communication and de-escalation techniques, and following established protocol and procedures.

I believe that rehabilitation and reintegration are important aspects of the criminal justice system. Offenders should be provided with the resources and support they need to change their behavior and successfully reintegrate into society.

I ensure the safety of both inmates and staff by maintaining a secure and well-controlled environment, regularly conducting security rounds and inspections, and quickly responding to any incidents or disturbances.

I believe that the use of force should always be a last resort and that it should be used in compliance with established policies and procedures. It should be used in proportion to the threat and only when necessary to protect the safety of staff and inmates.
