Matron Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing
  • Several years of experience in a nursing supervisory role
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources
  • Certification in healthcare management or administration
