  • Strong understanding of criminal justice and correctional systems.
  • Ability to maintain composure and respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of self-defense techniques and security equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state-issued peace officer license or the ability to obtain one
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm under stress
  • Ability to make quick and sound decisions in emergency situations
