The Position:
The Dean is responsible for leading and managing the School of Technical and Professional Specialties by planning, coordinating, evaluating, and developing new and existing programs, and by assuming responsibility for overall leadership including administration and management of the School to achieve the College mission. The position coordinates work with faculty and staff to ensure rigorous program assessment of student learning leads to continuous improvement of student outcomes. The position reports to the Vice President for Salt Lake Technical College.

Salary Range: The broad range is $145,000 - $153,000. This compensation will be negotiated based on market data as well as an individual’s depth of knowledge and leadership experience.
