Job Summary:
GE Vernova / FieldCore is seeking an experienced and passionate Craft Career & Technical Education (CTE) Lead Technical Training Instructor to support GE Vernova’s Workforce Readiness Initiative at our Houston Learning Center.This role is ideal for a current or former CTE instructor with a strong mechanical or industrial background who is energized by bringing real-world energy industry relevance into technical education. The Lead Instructor will focus on foundational craft and mechanical skills, preparing students for entry-level roles in power generation and field services.You will not be expected to arrive as a turbine expert. GE Vernova provides a structured technical onboarding path, including immersive hands-on training and close collaboration with experienced instructors and subject-matter experts. This position blends hands-on teaching, curriculum refinement, and while keeping students, safety, and instructional quality at the center.This position includes education partnerships, grant and compliance management. In addition, critical elements and hands-on technical instruction, supporting both high school seniors entering the energy workforce and professional field technicians advancing technical mastery.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. This is an exempt from overtime position. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program. Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
