Safal Partners was founded in 2010 by Mukta Pandit, from her dining room in Houston, Texas. Inspired by her experiences at McKinsey & Company and the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Mukta’s vision was to apply private-sector analytical rigor and customer service mindset to public sector missions, not just through ideation or strategy, but through efficient implementation.
Over 15 years, Safal has grown from a small education consulting firm into a national management consulting practice spanning K-12 education, post-secondary education and work-based learning, and workforce and economic development. Today the company employs approximately 100 full-time team members and collaborates with multiple strategic partners to deliver field-informed, data-drive, and AI-integrated solutions that is improving student and teacher experience and outcomes, building a stronger American workforce across every sector, and expanding local and regional economies.
