Reporting to the Associate Dean of Instruction, CTE Programs, this position works with subject matter experts and creates engaging learning activities and compelling course content. This position requires clear knowledge of learning theory and adult learning methodology, learning design for online and instructor-led learning, and online design tools.
This position will coordinate the development, promotion and delivery of the instructional courses for career and technical education programs. Serve as the liaison for CTE faculty and make recommendations on scheduling, staffing and curricular issues. Work with the Associate Dean of Instruction in the assessment of student learning, program and instruction accreditation, oversight and compliance, new program development, and community partnerships. This is a 12-month position. Occasional travel to other MCC campuses will be required.
